Indexops operates an automated instant-dispatch digital infrastructure. Due to the immutable nature of search engine crawl dispatches and blockchain crypto payments, all completed orders and credit purchases are strictly non-refundable.
No physical addresses, phone numbers, or public email inboxes exist for Indexops to preserve client privacy. All policy inquiries must be directed to our Protected Contact Page (/contact). NOTE: If you do NOT possess an active Customer Secret Key generated in our Telegram Bot, our system cannot provide any support or assistance.

1. Instant Digital Service Execution & Irreversibility
Indexops provides automated, real-time search engine crawl dispatches and backlink pyramid placement services. Once a URL submission or backlink campaign order is initiated by the user (either via Telegram Bot command, TXT file upload, REST API payload, or Web Panel dashboard), the infrastructure immediately reserves server bandwidth, allocates proxy routes, and dispatches requests to search engine crawlers (Googlebot) or external link building nodes. Because digital service execution commences instantly upon order submission, all dispatches are final, permanent, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cryptocurrency Payment Finality & Blockchain Rules
All balance deposits, credit top-ups, and package purchases on Indexops are processed exclusively in cryptocurrencies (USDT, TON, BTC, ETH, SOL, or USDC). Cryptocurrency transactions executed on decentralized blockchains are mathematically irreversible and permanent. Indexops cannot refund, reverse, or recall blockchain transactions once confirmed by network miners or validators. Users acknowledge that sending funds to incorrect wallet addresses or making duplicate transfers is done at their sole risk and cannot be refunded.
3. Lifetime Non-Expiring Credits Exemption
Unlike conventional SaaS platforms that impose monthly expiration cycles or forfeiture of unused quotas, Indexops guarantees that all purchased indexing and backlink credits NEVER expire. Unused credit balances remain active in the user's Telegram Bot account indefinitely. Because credit quotas retain perpetual lifetime validity, credit balances cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, converted back into cryptocurrency, or refunded for fiat or digital currency.
4. User URL Accuracy & Syntax Error Responsibility
Users bear 100% legal and operational responsibility for the accuracy, formatting, syntax, and HTTP status of the URLs submitted to the Indexops protocol. Indexops does not issue refunds, credit reinstatements, or order replacements for: (a) Incorrectly typed or broken URLs; (b) URLs returning HTTP 404, 500, or 403 status codes; (c) Domains with restrictive robots.txt directives blocking Googlebot; (d) De-indexed, penalized, or malware-flagged domains; or (e) File uploads containing formatting errors or missing schema prefixes.
5. Search Engine Algorithm Disclaimer & Zero Performance Guarantees
Indexops guarantees the dispatch and forced crawling of submitted URLs by Googlebot search engine spiders within 2 to 10 minutes. However, Indexops has zero control over third-party search engine algorithms, indexation policies, ranking placement, snippet caching, or de-indexing decisions made independently by Google LLC. Indexops explicitly disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, regarding ranking positions, organic traffic increases, or permanent SERP retention. No refunds will be granted based on search engine ranking outcomes or indexation drop-offs caused by core algorithm updates.
6. Anti-Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Protocol
Indexops operates under a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized transaction claims. Any user who attempts to file a fraudulent dispute, payment reversal, or malicious claim will face immediate, permanent termination of their Telegram Bot account, instant revocation of all remaining credit balances, IP address blacklisting, and permanent API key revocation without right of appeal.
7. Service Interruption & Offline Engine Policy
In the event that a specific search engine indexing engine is marked as disabled or offline (e.g., Bing & Yandex Instant Indexing maintenance), Indexops prevents users from placing orders for the disabled module. If scheduled system maintenance delays an active Googlebot dispatch beyond 24 hours, Indexops will automatically return the unexecuted credit balance to the user's bot wallet. No cash or crypto refunds will be issued; credit balances will simply be reinstated for future use.
8. Support Ticket & Dispute Resolution Protocol
All policy inquiries, billing questions, or execution logs must be submitted strictly via our Protected Contact Portal (/contact) using an active Customer Secret Key generated in our Telegram Bot. Inquiries sent via unauthenticated channels or by non-registered individuals will be discarded without review.
