This legally binding agreement governs your access to and use of Indexops, including our Telegram Bot, REST API endpoints, Web Panel dashboards, and automated search engine crawl dispatch infrastructure.
Indexops publishes zero physical addresses or public email accounts to protect operational security. All support interactions must occur via our Protected Contact Page (/contact). NOTE: Unauthenticated inquiries from non-registered users without an active Customer Secret Key will be automatically ignored.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Protocol Authorization
By initiating a session with our Telegram Bot (@Indexops_bot), generating a Customer Secret Key, purchasing credit quotas, or issuing HTTP requests to our REST API, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Indexops. If you do not agree to every provision contained herein, you are strictly prohibited from using our services.
2. Anonymous Account & Customer Secret Key Security
Indexops operates without traditional email registrations or password databases. Your access identity is linked to your Telegram User ID and your generated Customer Secret Key. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Customer Secret Key. Any order, API invocation, or balance consumption executed using your Customer Secret Key shall be deemed authorized by you. Indexops cannot recover lost Customer Secret Keys.
3. Acceptable Use & Restricted Content Policy
You agree not to utilize Indexops for illegal activities. The following link submissions are strictly prohibited: (a) Content promoting child exploitation or illegal material; (b) Phishing domains targeting banking institutions; (c) Malware, ransomware, or drive-by exploit distribution vectors; (d) Sites in violation of international cybersecurity laws. Submitting prohibited content will result in instant account termination and credit forfeiture.
4. Search Engine Indexation Disclaimer & Zero Guarantees
Indexops provides technical forced-crawl dispatches to Googlebot search engine spiders. Indexops does not own, operate, or influence Google LLC or third-party search engines. We explicitly disclaim any warranty regarding permanent SERP inclusion, ranking increases, organic traffic volume, or snippet caching. Search engines retain sole discretion over indexing decisions.
5. Lifetime Credit Quota & Non-Refundability
All credit packages purchased on Indexops retain perpetual lifetime validity and NEVER expire. Credit balances cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrency once deposited.
6. REST API Usage & Rate Limiting Terms
Users integrating via REST API endpoints agree to abide by rate limits (max 6,000 URLs per POST request payload). Attempting to flood API endpoints with concurrent DDoS vectors or unauthorized scanning tools will trigger automated IP bans.
7. Web Panel Access & Multi-Account Management
Web Panel credentials requested through the Telegram Bot are non-transferable. Agency administrators are responsible for all sub-user actions executed under their master Web Panel credentials.
8. Intellectual Property & System Integrity
All software code, custom crawler proxies, bot scripts, API schemas, design elements, and logos associated with Indexops remain the exclusive intellectual property of Indexops. Reverse-engineering or scraping our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability & Maximum Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indexops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of search rankings, website de-indexing, revenue loss, or data corruption. Indexops’ maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Support Protocol & Unauthenticated Inquiry Rejection
Indexops publishes zero physical addresses or public email addresses. All support inquiries must be routed through our Protected Contact Portal (/contact) using a valid Telegram Customer Secret Key. Inquiries submitted without valid secret authentication will be discarded.
Strict Protocol Compliance & Support Access
To prevent abuse and maintain total operational security, all customer service and dispute resolutions are handled exclusively through our Protected Contact Gate.
If you represent an enterprise agency requiring high-volume quota agreements, or need technical help, verify your session via your Customer Secret Key. Inquiries from unauthenticated non-users cannot be processed.
